By accessing or using zauq.agency (the "Site") and the services offered by Zauq Agency ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Zauq Agency provides branding, packaging, web design, and product strategy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. In case of any conflict, the signed agreement controls over these Terms.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or overload it with automated requests.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or marketing.

When you submit an article, image, or testimonial for publication, you grant Zauq Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, publish, and display that content on our Site and related channels. You confirm that you own or have permission to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We may decline or remove submissions at our discretion.

All content on this Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Zauq brand - is owned by Zauq Agency or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our portfolio work without permission. Client project deliverables remain the property of the respective clients per their signed agreements.

For paid engagements, a deposit may be required to begin work. Fees are due according to the schedule in your signed proposal. Rush work, major revisions beyond the agreed scope, and additional deliverables may incur extra charges. Project timelines are estimates and may shift based on feedback cycles and third-party dependencies.

Invoices are payable in the currency stated in your proposal. Late payments may pause work and, after reasonable notice, accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables for unpaid invoices.

We treat your business information, ideas, and unpublished materials as confidential. We will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We ask that you extend the same care to any confidential materials we share during an engagement.

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any design outcome will achieve a specific business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zauq Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant engagement in the preceding 12 months.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms independently.

We may suspend or terminate access to the dashboard if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the engagement is contracted. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
